I love getting periodic e-mails that tell me when a new item has been added that is related to my interests. So easy and quick to read through, and puts me in a good mood while I am looking at the titles. Sometimes I hit the link to go to the catalog to request the item, but not all of them. But I enjoy seeing what's new.

If you haven't discovered this option yet.... ask someone at the library to show you how. I didn't find it until someone showed it to me.
